GFH-A Cardboard Laminating Machine Automatic Flute Laminating Machine
Machine overview:
GFH-A is the latest generation of high-speed automatic flute laminating machine developed by our company. The top paper of this machine adopts overlap feeding the principle of offset printer, and the top paper side gauge adopts the motion side gauge and the servo paper surface tracking and correction principle. It can do best to keep the board original type. It can automatically detect the height of the corrugated paper, automatically adjust the gap between the rollers, automatically adjust the amount of glue, and the laminating roller does not need to be scrubbed. The maximum laminating speed can reach 200 meters/minute (24,000 sheets/hour). High speed, high efficiency and high precision are your ideal choice.
Performance characteristics:
1. Top sheet Overlap feeding+non -stop correction, high speed without losing accuracy. Speed can reach 200meters/min.
2. The front pressure roller is made of new polyfluoroethylene material, which is free to wash, and then reduce the labor strength of the operator.
3. The whole machine has no handle, electric adjustment, automatic detection thickness, reducing the strength of the single -order work, and increasing the effective working time.
4. Because the machine uses overlap feeding, no gap correction without stop, so the unit time output increased by 50%, which greatly reduced the power consumption of the unit time, and it was truly increasing production and energy saving.
5. Adopts top sheet aligner system to ensure high accuracy. Feeding mode can be chosen overlap sheet or separation sheet type.

7. The design of large stainless steel anilox roller (160mm in diameter) is stable and high-efficiency, coat evenly and save glue volume.

BRANCH INTRODUCTION:
1. BOTTOM PAPER FEEDING
The wide rubber wheels ensure that the E, F, and G corrugated does not deform. It can also run more than 400gsm of cardboard or gray board.
2. TOP SHEET FEEDING MECHANISM
Equipped with high speed shaftless feeder, and together with Becker vacuum pump. The front and rear of feeder are controlled by the servo motor. After input paper size, it will be automatically positioned. Feeding mode can choose overlap sheet or separation sheet type. Adopts top sheet aligner system to ensure high accuracy.
3. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Mainly using Siemens electric system to ensure machine stability, high efficiency and low failure. Using man-machine interface and PLC combination, display all the information on the screen.

4. PRE-STACK PART
Pre-stack pile of paper under the condition of non-stop, improve efficiency.
The width of the pre-stacker is controlled by the motor, the size of the paper is automatically positioned. The dual -use lifting platform, we can use the pre-stacker structure to push the pre -pile of paper into the platform. We can also push the stack of paper directly into the platform. And the platform can be adjusted around the actual situation of the paper stack.
5. POSITIONING SYSTEM & GLUE ROLLER
Equipped with sensors and servo motor, control top sheets to do independent compensation action to make sure high accuracy. The design of large stainless steel anilox roller (160mm in diameter) is stable and high-efficiency, coat evenly and save glue.

6. AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION SYSTEM
Lubricate the bearing regularly to prolong the service life of the bearing and save the cost.
7. Big belt top sheet feeding system.
Overlap sheet feeding, speed is faster and run more steady. and more fit for thin paper. No stuck in running.
New polyfluoroethylene material for pressure roller, which is free to wash and scrub, and then reduce the labor strength of the operator.
Adopt a high -precision thickness measurement device with a servo motor. All roller pressure will be adjusted automatically.

This system is for top sheet feeding in bridge part, it can make the top sheet align. To strength the paper accuracy.
Adopt hydraulic lifting system. When you press the button, it will lift up. It is convenient to wash the glue roller.
Use one separated motor to control the glue roller, when the machine need to stop, the glue roller will not stop. It can keep the glue well, not overflow. Then to save glue.
Order memory function. Machine can storage previous order record. When you want to do previous work. Just arouse previous order, the machine will adjust to this order data automatically.
This system can detect top paper when running to avoid double sheets feeding at the same time.
